Can I get teafy on Amazon?

Yes absolutely. We are now available on Amazon Australia and Amazon United States of America.

Can customers from Amazon US purchase our tea in canisters?

Yes. For international customers who would prefer to purchase the tea in a canisters, this can be done through our Australian website. 

How do I store my tea?

Tea should be stored in its original packaging or in an airtight container in a cool and dry place. It's best to keep it below 20 degrees Celsius or refrigerate it. Please note that our tea doesn't contain any food additives or chemicals, which means that it may oxidize if not stored properly.

Are we certified organic?

Our tea is certified organic by United Stated Department of Agriculture (USDA), Japan Agriculture Standard (JAS) European Union Organic (EU) and Canada Organic Regime (COR). 

Where do we source our tea?

Our tea is grown, farmed and cultivated in Shizuoka, Japan.  

Who should I contact for queries and concerns?

Please email our customer service tea via info@teafy.com.au and typically our response time is within 24 hours. Please keep in mind public holidays or weekends, the response time may be within 2 days. 

What should I do if my items arrived damaged?

If you have received a wrong / damaged/ missing product from Teafy, please contact our customer care team here to make it right, we will respond to you within 24 hours.

Has my order gone through?

All successful orders will display an on-screen confirmation message and will receive an order confirmation email. This can sometimes pop into your junk folder, so don’t forget to check that too!

Can I change / cancel my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, we are unable to make any changes, additions, cancellations, or amendments. Our systems are automated, and changes may cause delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We highly suggest that you review your cart and checkout details before checking out.

What are the shipping time frames?

Domestic Shipping Frames: 5 - 10 Business days (Australia)


Express Shipping frames: 2 – 3 Business days (Australia) 


International Shipping Frames: 10 - 28 days 

 

Depending on destination we ship through Australia Post.
