How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel, pause, or skip your Teafy subscription through your customer portal at any time after the minimum two-month commitment. The minimum exists because each subscription helps us plan stock from our family farm in Shizuoka, where matcha is harvested only once a year. Beyond the first two months, manage your subscription on your terms.

How to cancel your subscription

Step one. Log in to the customer portal at teafy.monto.io/login using the email you used to set up the subscription.

Step two. Go to the Subscriptions section.

Step three. Find the subscription you want to manage and click Cancel, Pause, or Skip Next Order depending on what you need.

Step four. Confirm the action. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's processed.

What if I need help?

If you can't access the portal, can't remember which email you used, or hit any other issue, email us at info@teafy.com.au with your name and the email address you used at checkout. We'll sort it for you within one business day.

Pause vs cancel

Pausing keeps your subscription on file so you can reactivate it whenever you're ready, no need to set it up again. Cancelling removes it entirely (after the two-month minimum). If you're unsure or just need a break, pausing is the easier option.
