Has my order gone through?
If your order went through, you'll have an order confirmation email in your inbox within minutes of checkout. The email includes your order number, the items you ordered, the total charged, and your shipping address. If you have that email, your order is in our system and being processed.
If you don't have a confirmation email after 15 minutes, your order may not have gone through, or the email might be in your spam folder. Either way, here's how to check.
How to confirm your order
Step one. Search your inbox for "Teafy" or the email subject line "Order confirmation". Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders too. Most missing emails turn up there.
Step two. Log in to your account at teafy.com.au and check your order history. If the order is listed there, it's gone through.
Step three. Check your bank or card statement. A pending or completed charge from Teafy means the payment was processed.
What if there's no email and no charge?
If you can't find a confirmation email, no charge has been made on your card, and the order isn't in your account history, the order didn't go through. This can happen if your payment was declined, your session timed out at checkout, or there was a network issue.
The safest thing to do is start a fresh order from your cart. If your items are still in your cart, just go through checkout again. If the cart is empty, add the items back in.
What if there's a charge but no email?
Sometimes the order processes successfully but the confirmation email gets caught by your inbox provider. If your bank shows a charge from Teafy but you have no email after 15 minutes, email us at info@teafy.com.au with the charge amount and approximate time. We'll find your order in our system and resend the confirmation.
