Creamy and full bodied, with a soft sweet finish that lingers gently. The aroma when you open the can is fresh green tea with cream, vanilla, and a light floral lift. Whisked at 75 to 80 degrees, the first sip is round and smooth, with a noticeable umami that builds rather than rushes. If you've tried other matchas and found them too sharp or harsh, this one tends to land softer. The body is velvety, which is why it holds up in milk where many fade. Strong enough for a hot or iced latte. Smooth enough whisked plain as usucha. Bitterness only shows up if you push past 80 degrees or over dose the bowl.

Add 3 to 4 grams of matcha to your cup. About 1 to 2 teaspoons. The bigger the scoop, the stronger the brew.
Pour 40ml of hot water at 75°C. A little warmer is fine, up to 80°C, but never boiling.
Whisk in an M shape for about a minute, until a layer of froth forms.
Top with 150ml of milk and a touch of manuka honey. Stir gently and serve.
