We built this box to walk you through the whole range in one sitting. Start with the ceremonial matcha, bright and smooth and a little sweet, whisked into water or milk. Move to the Asamushi sencha next, light steamed and clean, with that fresh high mountain lift. Then the Fukamushi sencha, deeper and bolder, a cloudy dark green cup that fills the mouth. Genmaicha is the comfort one, toasted brown rice and mellow sencha together, nutty and easy. Finish on the hojicha, roasted dark, warm and toasty with chestnut and a soft citrus note, low enough in caffeine to drink at night. Five teas, one each for a different time of day and a different mood. This is the easiest way to find the Teafy tea that becomes yours.

Take 1 tsp (2 g) of tea leaves into an infuser.
Pour 180 ml of 80°C hot water.
Steep for 1 - 3 minutes.
Filter the tea leaves and pour into a cup.
